This happened on the Padang Kerbau road in Miri (also known as the
Miri Bypass). The road is a shortcut from the airport to the Boulevard
roundabout.
One night, LG was driving with his friend on that road. It was about
9pm. He was driving his car alone, and his friend was driving another
car. LG's friend was driving quite a distance in front of LG. They
were headed for the Boulevard roundabout.
The road was very dark. LG was driving a Kancil, and his car lights
could only illuminate a small area surrounding the side of the car. As
he drove along, suddenly his car lights picked out a figure huddled at
the side of the road.
It was the figure of a little girl, crouching in the dark at the
roadside on the grass. The car lights just managed to illuminate her
as the Kancil was driving past. In the rear view mirror, it was all
dark.
LG broke into cold sweat. He accelerated and overtook his friend's car.
He said he is grateful the "little girl" didn't follow him.

i try not to use the bypass,ppl always think that their proton saga is a mclaren f1 when overtaking coming from the opposite side of the road.
i think a few fatal accidents have happened there already due to misjudgment when overtaking .its definitely creepy at night

I drive from Riam to Pujut using that road at around 10-11pm, for almost 3 to 4 times a week, haven't encounter something strange... hope i will never encounter it, my gf stays at Riam, while I'm from Pujut ><
my house near that road only.. near the kubur islam there.. nothing there.. but please drive carefully during night.. a lots of cow cross the road.. ^_^..
